Location

Lot size was given great consideration during the planning for Carnes Place. We wanted to allow for a park and a plethora of landscaping to keep the street in line with the ideals of Summerville. Our vision is a small, tucked away jewel on the Hill, where the layout of the homes will encourage interaction among neighbors.
